| Two sets of artists from different parts of the world creating their own worlds by differing means. Helicopter quartet builds theirs through improvisation, seeking textures through traditional instruments, synths and guitars – however the track we are highlighting was done during the peak times of the covid pandemic, and as such the members could not meet – and yet an album was recorded, miniatures, from which we lift “The idea” track from. Telepath, uses reverb and other effects to create almost familiar soundscapes, but retaining an other-world element throughout, leading you from room to room, blend upon blend , until you are in a new place completely |
